Arizona High School Basketball - Fairfax crushes Ironwood

Fairfax Stampede (Laveen, AZ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ironwood Eagles (Glendale, AZ), 61-14 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Fairfax upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Stampede host Centennial (Peoria, AZ) to play the Coyotes in a non-league bout on Friday, December 10. The Coyotes come into the bout with a record of 2-6. Centennial won 47-44 in their recent non-league bout against North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ)

Next up, the Eagles play the Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 10. Ironwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 61-38 non-league win over Highland (Gilbert, AZ).
