Kansas High School Basketball - Clay Center overwhelmed by Marysville
December 9, 2022: Clay Center, KS 67432 The Marysville Bulldogs basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Clay Center Tigers to 46 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Concordia for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Marysville will battle a Panthers team coming off a 65-59 non-league win over Smoky Valley (Lindsborg, KS). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.
The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Riley County (Riley, KS). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Riley County was routed by Silver Lake (Silver Lake, KS), 53-41, in a non-league contest.
