Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Washington crushes Elizabeth Forward
December 9, 2022: Washington, PA 15301 Washington Prexies (Washington, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Elizabeth Forward Warriors (Elizabeth, PA), 66-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Washington upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Prexies host South Allegheny (McKeesport, PA) to play the Gladiators in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Gladiators come into the bout with a record of 4-0. South Allegheny won 54-28 in their recent non-league bout against Monessen (Monessen, PA)
In their next game, the Warriors face the Clairton Bears (Clairton, PA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 10. Elizabeth Forward will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 59-53 non-league win over Charleroi (Charleroi, PA).
