December 9, 2022: Waldron, MI 49288 The Waldron Spartans basketball team (Waldron, MI), was overwhelmed 37-14 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Hudson Tigers (Hudson, MI)
The Tigers now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Onsted for a Lenawee County battle on Tuesday, December 13. Hudson will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 61-55 non-league win over Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Athens (Athens, MI). The Indians come into the Southern Central battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Athens was overwhelmed by Pittsford (Pittsford, MI), 60-15, in a league battle.
