Florida High School Basketball - IMG Academy Blue tops Suncoast

December 9, 2022: Riviera Beach, FL 33404

IMG Academy Blue Ascenders (Bradenton, FL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Suncoast Chargers (Riviera Beach, FL), 60-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, IMG Academy Blue upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Ascenders travel to Benjamin (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a record of 3-2. Benjamin lost 72-40 in their recent non-league bout against Westminster Academy (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Next up, the Chargers play the Dwyer Panthers (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 15. Suncoast will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
