Georgia High School Basketball - Mill Creek overwhelms Jefferson
December 9, 2022: Hoschton, GA 30548 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) and the visiting Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA), saw Mill Creek's basketball squad wallop Jefferson by a count of 75-44.
With the victory, Mill Creek upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Hawks host Parkview (Lilburn, GA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 12. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Parkview won 75-68 in their recent non-league challenge against Meadowcreek (Norcross, GA)
Next up, the Dragons play the Flowery Branch Falcons (Flowery Branch, GA) in a AAAAA Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 75-60 league win over Clarke Central (Athens, GA).
