Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Rosemont Wolverine (Sacramento, CA), 77-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Placer upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Hillmen travel to Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Del Campo won 51-43 in their recent non-league bout against Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA)

Next up, the Wolverine clash with the Yuba City Honkers (Yuba City, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Rosemont will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Honkers go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 65-51 non-league loss to Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA).
