Zuni Thunderbirds (Zuni, NM) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team trounce the host Northwest Falcons (Shiprock, NM), 59-15 in a non-league battle.

The Thunderbirds now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Non Varsity Opponent for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 10. Zuni will confront a team coming off a 51-21 non-league win over Noble-Whitley Warriors (Columbia City, IN). The record now stands at 17-54.
