The Sanger Indians basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Taylor Ducks to 27 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jarrell for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Sanger will meet a Cougars team coming off a 44-36 non-league loss to Gatesville (Gatesville, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 11-4.

The Ducks (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Austin Achieve (Austin, TX). The Polar Bears enter the 4A Region III District 22 contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Austin Achieve triumphed over Varsity Opponent (, ), 31-21, in a non-league contest.
