Centreville Wildcats (Clifton, VA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA), 33-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Centreville upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Langley (McLean, VA) to play the Saxons in a non-league bout on Monday, December 19. The Saxons come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Langley won 48-12 in their recent non-league bout against Falls Church (Falls Church, VA)

Next up, the Generals play the Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Washington-Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
