Alexandria Cardinals (Alexandria, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm (Sauk Rapids, MN), 71-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Alexandria upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cardinals host Willmar (Willmar, MN) to play the Cardinals in a bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Storm play the Alexandria Cardinals (Alexandria, MN) in a bout, on Thursday, January 26. Sauk Rapids-Rice will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
