The Bishop Lynch Friars basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Cistercian Hawks to 43 in the Friars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Friars now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Byron Nelson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Bishop Lynch will meet a Bobcat team coming off a 57-50 non-league win over Martin (Arlington, TX). The Bobcat record now stands at 8-6.

The Hawks (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Dallas Christian (Mesquite, TX). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Dallas Christian was outscored by North Lamar (Paris, TX), 47-35, in a non-league contest.
