Oklahoma High School Basketball - Bixby fells Tahlequah
December 9, 2023: Bixby, OK 74008 Bixby Spartans (Bixby, OK) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Tahlequah Tigers (Tahlequah, OK), 75-62 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bixby upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Spartans host Southmoore (Moore, OK) to clash with the SaberCats in a 6A District 4 bout on Tuesday, December 12. The SaberCats go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Southmoore lost 76-71 in their recent league bout against Jenks (Jenks, OK)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Pryor Tigers (Pryor, OK) in a 5A District 3 bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Tahlequah will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 72-30 league loss to Collinsville (Collinsville, OK).
