Oklahoma High School Basketball - Carney tops Stroud
December 9, 2023: Carney, OK 74832 Carney Bulldogs (Carney, OK) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Stroud Tigers (Stroud, OK), 53-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Carney upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Olive (Drumright, OK) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 2-4. Olive won 60-43 in their recent non-league bout against Midway (Council Hill, OK)
Next up, the Tigers play the Davenport Bulldogs (Davenport, OK) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Stroud will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 50-34 non-league win over Shidler (Shidler, OK).
