Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Midd-West tops East Juniata

December 9, 2023: Middleburg, PA 17842

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Midd-West Mustangs (Middleburg, PA) and the visiting East Juniata Tigers (McAlisterville, PA), saw Midd-West's basketball squad knock off East Juniata by a tally of 59-45.

With the victory, Midd-West improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (Bloomsburg, PA) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 11. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Tigers play the Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA) in a Tri-Valley challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. East Juniata will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 69-23 non-league win over West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA).
