Georgia High School Basketball - Grayson tops Mount Vernon

December 9, 2023: Loganville, GA 30052

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Grayson Rams (Loganville, GA) and the visiting Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA), saw Grayson's basketball squad knock off Mount Vernon by a tally of 76-56.

With the victory, Grayson improves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Parkview (Lilburn, GA) to play the Panthers in a AAAAAAA Region 4 challenge on Friday, December 15. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-8.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Wilson Academy (Lithonia, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Mount Vernon will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 58-50 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ).
