Oregon High School Basketball - Neah-Kah-Nie holds off Horizon Christian
December 9, 2023: Rockaway Beach, OR 97136 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates (Rockaway Beach, OR) and the visiting Horizon Christian Hawks (Tualatin, OR), saw Neah-Kah-Nie's basketball squad hold off Horizon Christian by a tally of 64-58.
With the victory, Neah-Kah-Nie improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Sheridan (Sheridan, OR) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Sheridan lost 51-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Portland Adventist Academy (Portland, OR)
Next up, the Hawks confront the Warrenton Warriors (Warrenton, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 13. Horizon Christian will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
