Texas High School Basketball - Waco fells Kaufman
December 9, 2023: Kaufman, TX 75142 Waco Lions (Waco, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Kaufman Lions (Kaufman, TX), 44-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Waco upgrades its record to 5-10 on the season. The Lions travel to Mexia (Mexia, TX) to play the Black Cats in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Black Cats go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Mexia lost 55-46 in their recent non-league bout against Princeton (Princeton, TX)
Next up, the Lions play the Van Alstyne Panthers (Van Alstyne, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Kaufman will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record.
