Washington High School Basketball - LaConner topped by Kingston
December 9, 2023: Kingston, WA 98346 The Kingston Buccaneers basketball squad scored 64 points and limited the visiting LaConner Braves to 56 in the Buccaneers non-league win on Saturday.
With the win, Kingston upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to Olympic (Bremerton, WA) to clash with the Trojans in a 2A Olympic bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Olympic lost 88-20 in their recent league bout against North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA)
Next up, the Braves clash with the Oakville Acorns (Oakville, WA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. LaConner will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Acorns go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 57-28 non-league win over Pope John Paul II (Lacey, WA).
