The Sanger Indians basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Pottsboro Cardinals to 50 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bridgeport for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Sanger will meet a Bulls team coming off a 61-36 non-league loss to Clyde (Clyde, TX). The Bulls record now stands at 6-9.

The Cardinals (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lindsay (Lindsay, TX). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 4-7 record.
