Kansas High School Basketball - Kiowa County knocked off by Medicine Lodge
December 9, 2023: Greensburg, KS 67504 The Medicine Lodge Indians basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Kiowa County Mavericks to 30 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Indians now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chaparral for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Medicine Lodge will battle a Roadrunners team coming off a 49-48 non-league loss to Cheney (Cheney, KS). The Roadrunners record now stands at 2-1.
The Mavericks (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bucklin (Bucklin, KS). The Red Aces enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Bucklin was defeated by Hoisington (Hoisington, KS), 48-45, in a non-league contest.
