December 9, 2023: Lookeba, OK 73053 The Navajo Indians basketball team (Altus, OK), was nudged 62-59 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lookeba-Sickles Panthers (Lookeba, OK)
The Panthers now possess a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Geary for a Washita Valley battle on Monday, December 11. Lookeba-Sickles will battle a Bison team coming off a 48-36 non-league loss to Wayne (Wayne, OK). The Bison record now stands at 2-3.
The Indians (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Hammon (Hammon, OK). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Hammon edged Red Oak (Red Oak, OK), 53-52, in a non-league battle.
