Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) and the host Newton Rams (Covington, GA), saw Milton's basketball squad overcome Newton by a tally of 62-42.

With the victory, Milton improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Eagles host Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 2-4.

Next up, the Rams confront the Hampton Hornets (Hampton, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Newton will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 53-48 non-league loss to Northeast (Macon, GA).
