North Dakota High School Basketball - Minot overwhelmed by Turtle Mountain
December 9, 2023: Minot, ND 58701 The Turtle Mountain Braves basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Minot Magicians to 47 in the Braves non-league victory on Saturday.
The Braves now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beulah for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Turtle Mountain will battle a Miners team coming off a 56-28 non-league win over Wilton/Wing (Wilton, ND). The Miners record now stands at 1-1.
The Magicians (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Mary's Central (Bismarck, ND). The Saints come into the AA West contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, St. Mary's Central triumphed over Grand Forks Central (Grand Forks, ND), 77-42, in a non-league contest.
