The Upper Dublin Cardinals basketball team scored 31 points and held the visiting Scranton Prep Cavaliers to 30 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cardinals now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abington for a Suburban One - Liberty contest on Tuesday, December 12. Upper Dublin will meet a Galloping Ghosts team coming off a 68-30 league win over Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA). The Galloping Ghosts record now stands at 2-1.

The Cavaliers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA). The Saints enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Neumann-Goretti nudged Springfield Central/Commerce/Putnam/Renaissance/Springfield Science and Tech (Springfield, MA), 68-58, in a non-league contest.
