Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA) and the host State College Little Lions (State College, PA), saw Spring-Ford's basketball squad hold off State College by a tally of 53-46.

With the victory, Spring-Ford improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Norristown (Norristown, PA) to play the Eagles in a Pioneer challenge on Friday, December 15. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Little Lions play the Altoona Mountain Lions (Altoona, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. State College will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Mountain Lions come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 60-45 non-league win over Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA).
