Massachusetts High School Ice Hockey - Austin Prep drops to Hoosac
December 9, 2023: Reading, MA 01867 Hoosac Owls (Hoosick, NY) fans left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the host Austin Prep Cougars (Reading, MA), 4-1 in a non-league match.
The Owls (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA). The Titans enter the non-league match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Wilbraham & Monson Academy by Albany Academy for Boys (Albany, NY), 8-2, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Cougars encounter the North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME) in a match, on Wednesday, December 13. Austin Prep will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Tabor Academy (Marion, MA).
