Colorado High School Basketball - Lake County crushes Cotopaxi
December 9, 2023: Cotopaxi, CO 81223 Lake County Panthers (Leadville, CO) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cotopaxi Pirates (Cotopaxi, CO), 42-20 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lake County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Middle Park (Granby, CO) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Middle Park lost 95-50 in their recent non-league bout against Kent Denver (Englewood, CO)
Next up, the Pirates play the Trinidad Miners (Trinidad, CO) in a bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Cotopaxi will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
