California High School Basketball - Palm Desert knocked off by Warner
December 9, 2023: Warner Springs, CA 92086 The Warner Wildcats basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Palm Desert Aztecs to 37 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Horizon Prep for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Warner will meet a Lions team coming off a 48-10 non-league loss to Preuss UCSD (La Jolla, CA). The Lions record now stands at 0-1.
The Aztecs (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against West Valley (Hemet, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, West Valley ran past Rubidoux (Jurupa Valley, CA), 47-42, in a non-league contest.
