December 9, 2024: White Salmon, WA 98672 Columbia Bruins (White Salmon, WA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA), 61-51 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Columbia advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Bruins travel to Goldendale (Goldendale, WA) to face the Timberwolves in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Timberwolves enter the match with a record of 1-1. Goldendale lost 80-46 in their recent non-league match against Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA)
The Beavers now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgefield for a 2A Greater St. Helens match on Tuesday, December 10. Woodland will face a Spudders squad coming off a 53-36 non-league win over Kelso (Kelso, WA). The Spudders record now stands at 2-0.
