December 9, 2024: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Servite Friars (Anaheim, CA) and the host Aliso Niguel Wolverines (Aliso Viejo, CA), saw Servite's soccer squad hold off Aliso Niguel by a count of 2-1.
The Friars (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against El Modena (Orange, CA). The Vanguards enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, El Modena tipped Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA), 15-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Wolverines battle the Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, December 21. Aliso Niguel will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
