In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Walton-Verona Bearcats basketball team scored a big 81-49 triumph over the Gallatin County Wildcats.

The Bearcats (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against South Oldham (Crestwood, KY). The Dragons go into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, South Oldham overwhelmed Collins (Shelbyville, KY), 63-41, in a non-league match.
