With the victory, Georgetown Day advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Mighty Hoppers travel to Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA) to battle the Gryphons in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 12. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Trinity Christian lost 62-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Meridian (Falls Church, VA)
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC) in a Potomac Valley challenge, on Friday, December 12. St. Anselm's Abbey will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 3-6 record after their 61-44 non-league win over Washington Latin Public Charter School (Washington, DC).
