Ohio High School Basketball - Lake overwhelms Swanton
December 9, 2025: Millbury, OH 43447 The Lake Flyers basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Swanton Bulldogs to 51 in the Flyers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Flyers now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Oak Harbor for a Northern Buckeye game on Friday, December 12. Lake will confront a Rockets team coming off a 49-36 league win over Fostoria (Fostoria, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Swanton drops to 1-2 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Hicksville (Hicksville, OH) to clash with the Aces in a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 16. The Aces enter the outing with a record of 2-3. Hicksville lost 63-34 in their recent non-league outing against Pettisville (Pettisville, OH)
