Centennial Golden Hawks (Bakersfield, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad wallop the visiting Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA), 86-34 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Centennial improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Golden Hawks travel to Serra (Gardena, CA) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Serra lost 70-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Poly (Riverside, CA)
