Weiss Wolves (Pflugerville, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Vandegrift Vipers (Austin, TX), 55-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Weiss upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Wolves travel to Berkner (Richardson, TX) to clash with the Rams in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Berkner lost 48-45 in their recent non-league bout against Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX)

Next up, the Vipers clash with the Lake Travis Cavaliers (Austin, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Vandegrift will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 9-0 record after their 55-39 non-league win over Reagan (San Antonio, TX).
