California High School Basketball - West Valley knocked off by Yucca Valley

The Yucca Valley Trojans basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting West Valley Mustangs to 66 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Paloma Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Yucca Valley will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 75-64 non-league loss to Arrowhead Christian (Redlands, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.

The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Citrus Hill (Perris, CA). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Citrus Hill was defeated by Chaparral (Temecula, CA), 71-26, in a non-league contest.
