Arizona High School Basketball - Coronado overwhelms Camelback
December 1, 2022: Scottsdale, AZ 85257 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Coronado Dons (Scottsdale, AZ) and the visiting Camelback Spartans (Phoenix, AZ), saw Coronado's basketball squad wallop Camelback by a tally of 53-27.
With the victory, Coronado improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Dons host Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ) to confront the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 2-0.
Next up, the Spartans confront the Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Camelback will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 31-29 non-league win over Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ).
