December 1, 2022: Reno, NV 89506 The Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) basketball crushed the host North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV), 60-13 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Cougars (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Douglas (Minden, NV). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Douglas walloped Reno (Reno, NV), 60-22, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Spring Creek for a non-league test on Friday, December 9. North Valleys will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 39-35 non-league loss to Carson (Carson City, NV). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
