California High School Basketball - Marin Academy tops Albany
December 1, 2022: San Rafael, CA 94901 Marin Academy Wildcats (San Rafael, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Albany Cougars (Albany, CA), 50-34 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Marin Academy upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Roseland University Prep (Santa Rosa, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Roseland University Prep lost 32-15 in their recent non-league bout against Elsie Allen (Santa Rosa, CA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Sonoma Academy Coyotes (Santa Rosa, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 3. Albany will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Coyotes come into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 26-20 non-league win over International (San Francisco, CA).
