Michigan High School Basketball - Birch Run tops Unionville-Sebewaing
December 1, 2022: Birch Run, MI 48415 Birch Run Panthers (Birch Run, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Unionville-Sebewaing Patriots (Sebewaing, MI), 32-23 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Birch Run upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Alma (Alma, MI) to play the Panthers in a Tri-Valley - East bout on Friday, December 9. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Patriots play the Michigan Lutheran Seminary Cardinals (Saginaw, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 5. Unionville-Sebewaing will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 61-42 non-league loss to Cass City (Cass City, MI).
