Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Covington Trojans (Covington, IN) and the host North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers (Crawfordsville, IN), saw Covington's basketball squad hold off North Montgomery by a count of 39-35.

With the victory, Covington upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Trojans host Clinton Central (Michigantown, IN) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 3. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Clinton Central won 50-27 in their recent non-league challenge against Bethesda Christian (Brownsburg, IN)

Next up, the Chargin' Chargers play the Tri-West Hendricks Bruins (Lizton, IN) in a Sagamore challenge, on Tuesday, December 6. North Montgomery will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 76-75 league loss to Western Boone (Thorntown, IN).
