December 1, 2022: Salado, TX 76571 Krum Bobcats (Krum, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Salado Eagles (Salado, TX), 61-58 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Krum upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to McNeil (Austin, TX) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Mavericks come into the bout with a record of 5-6. McNeil won 48-30 in their recent non-league bout against Decatur (Decatur, TX)
Next up, the Eagles play the Groesbeck Goats (Groesbeck, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Salado will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Goats come into the bout with a 0-7 record after their 79-17 non-league loss to Krum (Krum, TX).
