Iowa High School Basketball - Pleasantville tops Twin Cedars
December 1, 2022: Pleasantville, IA 50225 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Pleasantville Trojans (Pleasantville, IA) and the visiting Twin Cedars Sabers (Bussey, IA), saw Pleasantville's basketball squad knock off Twin Cedars by a count of 35-22.
With the victory, Pleasantville upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Earlham (Earlham, IA) to play the Cardinals in a West Central challenge on Friday, December 2. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Earlham won 54-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Grand View Christian (Des Moines, IA)
Next up, the Sabers play the Murray Mustangs (Murray, IA) in a Bluegrass challenge, on Friday, December 2. Twin Cedars will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
