Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Mica Mountain Thunderbolts (Tucson, AZ) and the visiting Canyon del Oro Dorados (Tucson, AZ), saw Mica Mountain's basketball squad wallop Canyon del Oro by a count of 55-19.

With the victory, Mica Mountain upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Thunderbolts host Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ) to play the Mustangs in a challenge on Monday, January 9. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the Dorados play the Walden Grove Red Wolves (Sahuarita, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 2. Canyon del Oro will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
