New Mexico High School Basketball - Rio Rancho crushes Del Norte
December 1, 2022: Rio Rancho, NM 87124 Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM), 74-17 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Rio Rancho upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Sandia (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Matadors in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 3. The Matadors come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Sandia won 65-32 in their recent non-league bout against Valley (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Knights play the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Del Norte will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
