Washington High School Basketball - Burlington-Edison nips Kingston
December 1, 2023: Kingston, WA 98346 Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Kingston Buccaneers (Kingston, WA), 64-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Burlington-Edison upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA) to play the Lyncs in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Lyncs go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Lynden Christian won 69-57 in their recent non-league bout against King's (Seattle, WA)
Next up, the Buccaneers play the North Mason Bulldogs (Belfair, WA) in a 2A Olympic bout, on Thursday, December 7. Kingston will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
