Arkansas High School Basketball - Central Arkansas Christian tops Drew Central
December 1, 2023: Monticello, AR 71655 Central Arkansas Christian Mustangs (North Little Rock, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Drew Central Pirates (Monticello, AR), 64-49 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Central Arkansas Christian upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to McGehee (McGehee, AR) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Owls come into the bout with a record of 2-0. McGehee won 58-46 in their recent non-league bout against Crossett (Crossett, AR)
Next up, the Pirates play the Star City Bulldogs (Star City, AR) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 2. Drew Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 59-40 non-league win over Alpena (Alpena, AR).
