December 1, 2023: Van Nuys, CA 91405 The University Prep Value Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) basketball knocked off the host CHAMPS Panthers (Van Nuys, CA), 57-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Wolves (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA). The Vipers go into the non-league test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences notched a victory over Central City Value (Los Angeles, CA), 64-42, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology for a non-league test on Saturday, December 2. CHAMPS will encounter a Griffins squad coming off a 62-23 non-league loss to Triumph Charter (Sylmar, CA). The Griffins record now stands at 2-5.
