Michigan High School Basketball - Fruitport fells Western Michigan Christian
December 1, 2023: Muskegon, MI 49441 Fruitport Trojans (Fruitport, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Western Michigan Christian Warriors (Muskegon, MI), 58-41 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Fruitport upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Calvary Christian (Fruitport, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Calvary Christian won 69-41 in their recent non-league bout against Holton (Holton, MI)
Next up, the Warriors play the Northern Michigan Christian Comets (McBain, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Western Michigan Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 74-37 non-league win over Calvary Baptist Academy (Midland, MI).
